Grant Acquittals

Member associations are required to acquit grant funding by 31 December of the year the grant was awarded, although national conference grants can be aquitted the the following year.

The following is needed when acquitting grants.

 Get Going Grant*

  • professional learning participation information
  • 1 - 3 photographs of each activity and confirmation that people pictured in the photos give permission for the photos to be published
  • 150 word description of the professional learning activity
  • copy of the presidents report and audited financial statements for the current or last financial year - pending when your associations AGM was held.
  • complete the expense spreadsheet OR upload an excel spreadsheet of expenses (template available
  • statutory declaration (template available
  • sign off from the treasurer and president.

  • copy of the Presidents report and audited financial statements for the current or last financial year  - pending when your associations AGM was held

  • all tax invoices/receipts relating to

    Process

    1. The association completes and submits the acquittal
    2. The acquittal is reviewed and further information may be requested
    3. When the acquittal is complete the PTANT committee will consider the acquittal for approval
    4. Once approved and if applicable an invoice will be sent to recover unspent funds
    5. When the acquittal is approved and unspent funds are returned the acquittal will be complete and your association pending financial membership will eligible to apply for grants in the following year.
